TechUnited Academy

Building the future one student at a time

TechUnited Academy graduates highly trained students with industry knowledge gained through intensive courses. We do not simply teach theory. The students are given live projects and ranked in their achievements towards quality and velocity. This is how we can beat our competitors and we challenge them by sharing our secrets with the world.

We do not mind being outdone. We want our competitors to do it right and do it better. This was the vision of our CEO who was inspired by Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla Corp., who said in an interview when he was asked how he felt about competition in the electric car market. He replied, "Nothing would make me happier than to see more people make electric cars." Our philosophy is one of sharing.

That is how we build our teams and that is what we instill in our students. In a team, when everyone shares, everyone wins. Conversely, when team members hold back information, it hurts them and the whole team, and by proxy, the company. Our trained students are then recruited into the company to fulfill in-house positions to build experience and then on client engagements, allowing them to build up their portfolios. We focus on teamwork, why it is so important in life, and how to develop good work ethics.

Every student is taught about the peaks and valleys in the learning experience. Sometimes you learn fast and are able to accomplish many things with what little you learn. It is both fun and exciting and that provides the motivation to learn more. However, it will not always be so easy. At times there will be a plateau and at times, even regression. A student who understands this and how to manage their enthusiasm will navigate the journey of learning and life in general, much more successfully.
